Virtual Currency

On-site store

Retrieval Process

If items are lost on Items-cam.com in error, you must send a ticket within 3 days of the error via our support wizard located under Extras > Support. Keep in mind that any falsified evidence / fabricated story only serves to delay the process and henceforth may result in a permanent ban in regards to Items-cam.com.

Bans, Timeouts & Conduct

Items-cam.com reserves the right to remove any user from our website without and for any reason.

Refunds

Items-cam.com is not in any way required to grant refunds or compensation for any issue whatsoever. By participating on this website you agree that you are always playing at your own risk with full acknowledgement of the terms of service.

1. No begging/asking/accepting donations in chat.
2. Play Crash at your own risk. There will be no refunds for lag. Autocashout is mandatory to receive a refund.
3. No trading. If caught item trading without playing games, your account will be frozen.
4. Do not ask about support tickets in chat. You can expect a response within 48 hours of sending your ticket.
5. Do not attempt to exploit the system. You will be banned and all of your credits will be taken away.
6. If you do find an exploit by accident, notify an Admin immediately or you risk having your credits taken away. But if you do help us find & solve a new unique bug/exploit, we may offer you a bug bounty depending on how major it is.
7. Do not curse, complain, or spam ref codes in chat. This will result in a mute and an eventual ban.
8. Do not lie about transactions on support tickets, as this can result in a ban.
9. Any support tickets must be made within 1 hour of the event in question.
10. Do not post any links in chat.
11. Respect our staff. Any rude remarks or attempts to belittle them will result in a mute.
12. Do not post your ref link/codes in the chat, bio, or in your name.
